Please note that user data may be processed outside the European Union. As a result, users may face certain risks because, for example, the enforcement of their rights may become more difficult.

With regard to U.S.-based providers that are certified under applicable EU-U.S. data transfer frameworks, we note that they undertake to comply with the applicable European data protection standards.
